How long does shipping take?

Since all our products are print-on-demand, please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days for international orders and 3–7 business days within India.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering. Not sure about sizing? Feel free to message us before placing your order — we're happy to help!

What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand means each product is made specifically for you when you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs without holding inventory, and ensures every piece is freshly made just for you.

Will the colours look exactly like on screen?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process. Each product is crafted with care to look as close to the design as possible.

Are the products good quality?

Absolutely! We use high-quality blanks for all our tees, sweatshirts, and mugs. Our prints are durable and designed to last wash after wash.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend double-checking the size guide before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at musku004@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
