Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products:
All products at The Nostalgic Sketchbook are printed on demand and made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size ordered, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at musku004@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship or refund your order.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
